General Terms

  1. Acceptance of Terms: By using our services or enrolling in our training programs, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.

Tech Services

  1. Service Agreement: Clients must sign a service agreement outlining the scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms before commencement of any project.
  2. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without prior consent.
  3. Payment Terms: Payments must be made according to the schedule outlined in the service agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees.
  4. Termination: Either party may terminate the service agreement with prior written notice. Any work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.
  5. Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages.

Training Programs

  1. Enrollment and Payment:
    • All training programs are paid in advance. The full fee must be paid to secure your spot in the program.
    • If the payment is not made in one transaction or if the amount is less than the required fee, the registration will be cancelled and any partial payments will be confiscated.
  2. Refund Policy:
    • Training fees are non-refundable. If a student drops out of the course, no refund will be provided.
  3. Attendance and Conduct:
    • The company reserves the right to remove any student from the program if their behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
  4. Projects and Intellectual Property:
    • Training is conducted through project-based assignments given to each enrolled student.
    • Projects assigned during the training program cannot be copied or used for any external monetary benefits.
    • Students are permitted to show their projects to potential employers to secure a job.
    • If any student fails to complete 3 projects in a row, they will be removed from the course.
  5. Course Completion:
    • Certificates of completion will be awarded to students who successfully complete the course and meet all the requirements.
  6. Management Decisions:
    • The company holds the ultimate decision regarding the continuation or expulsion of any student from the program.

Miscellaneous

  1. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property created during the service provision or training programs remains the property of the company unless otherwise agreed upon.
  2. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company operates.
  3. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action.

By using our services or enrolling in our training programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
